Carlos has been a lawyer at Vergara, Labarca, Parodi Abogados since 2020.
While focusing his practice on civil and commercial litigation and arbitration, both domestic and international, Carlos specializes and has vast experience in matters related to the electricity market.
He has been highlighted in various international publications as an attorney in the field of arbitration.
Graduated from Universidad de Chile, Law School (2016), magna cum laude.
Master of Private Law at the Universidad de Chile Law School (2023), magna cum laude. He graduates second in his class.
Carlos has served as Civil Law Professor at Universidad Diego Portales since 2022. Additionally, he has been a teaching assistant of Civil Law, Introduction to Law, and General Theory of Law at Universidad de Chile.
He counts with publications in specialized legal journals and participates in a FONDECYT research project. Moreover, Carlos has been invited as visiting researcher at European universities.
Prior to joining Vergara, Labarca, Parodi Abogados, he worked as lawyer at Philippi, Prietocarrizosa, Ferro DU & Uría.
