Javiera has been a lawyer at Vergara, Labarca, Parodi Abogados since 2020.

Her practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation and arbitration, both domestic and international.

Graduated from University of Chile, School of Law (2018).

Javiera holds a Graduate Certificate in Administrative Law from Universidad de Chile and a Graduate Certificate in Construction Law offered by the aforementioned University in conjunction with the Santiago Chamber of Commerce’s Arbitration and Mediation Center.
