María de los Ángeles has been a lawyer at Vergara, Labarca, Parodi Abogados since 2020.

Her practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation and arbitration, specializing and having wide experience in antitrust law and regulated markets.

She is a member of Red ProCompetencia.

Graduated from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, Law School (2006), magna cum laude. Maria de los Ángeles was awarded the "Fernando Rozas Vial" prize, for her outstanding academic performance in Civil Law.

Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Duke University in North Carolina, United States. During her postgraduate studies, she was recognized with "The James S. Bidlake Memorial Award", given to the student with the highest grade in the "Legal Analysis, Research and Writing for International Students" class.

Prior to joining Vergara, Labarca, Parodi Abogados, María de los Ángeles worked at Avendaño y Merino Abogados (today Garrigues Abogados), and at Gana y Gálvez Abogados.
