His practice focuses on complex litigation and arbitration, both domestic and international. He has a wide experience in matters of antitrust and regulated markets, as well as in public law.
He has been featured in various international publications as a prominent litigation and arbitration lawyer.
Graduated from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, Law School (2003), magna cum laude. He was awarded the "Monseñor Carlos Casanueva Opazo" prize for his outstanding academic performance.
He is Professor of Constitutional Law at the Law School of the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, since 2008.
He has published various papers in specialized legal journals.
